The unique characteristic of Abitalia is the ability to handle all types of design project. Though our expertise centres around kitchen design and installation, this project illustrates our approach to bathroom design. The property is a beautiful house with a long history - additions over the centuries tell a story, so it is only fitting that the renovation of the en-suite acknowledges the present.
The brief for the project was to reinovate an existing en-suite into a contemporary bathroom that complimented the building's heritage. The en-suite also served as as a wardrobe area for the master bedroom. The only element that was retained from the original bathroom was a beautiful freestanding roll top bathtub - a feature the designers wanted emphasise. The objective in terms of layout was to maximise space and natural light. The bronze glass acid etched wardrobe doors reflect the changing light, which in turn creats a warm natural atmopshere, echoing the views from the two bathroom windows.
As well as the design and installation, the project included structural adjustment and upgrading of services. Our skilled contractors and project management enabled the concept drawings to become a reality - view drawings.
